When I became a parent, it was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life, and it was also overwhelming, lonely, and nothing like I expected. I loved my child deeply but felt like I’d lost who I was before parenthood.
Maybe this sounds familiar.
Whether your confidence and independence suddenly feels buried beneath the demands of caring for everyone else, you are sleep deprived and exhausted, or burdened by pressure to be a certain way, you are not alone.
I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can show up as you are. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing, identify goals you have for yourself, and find strategies that support your unique needs. My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and holistic. As both a therapist and a parent, I understand that parenthood is deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
With time and support, I’ve seen how parents are capable of building resilience and learning to navigate difficult moments with more confidence and ease. My hope is that our work together will help you build self-compassion, feel more confident in yourself and your role as a parent, and reconnect you to your strengths.

Hannah Outside of Work:
-
Much of my time outside of work is dedicated to family and volunteering. My husband, daughter, and I love outdoor activities - from camping, hiking, canoeing, and mountain-biking in the summer to cross-country skiing in the winter. I also enjoy creative projects that often involve sewing, felting, or macrame.
